BEC PRELIMINARY

BEC Preliminary is at lower intermediate level and for candidates who have limited confidence in their English. It includes tests of Reading and Writing, Listening and Speaking. BEC Preliminary prepares candidates to interact effectively while carrying out routine business transactions.

BEC VANTAGE

BEC Vantage is at intermediate level and suitable for candidates who have good confidence and fluency. It includes tests of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. The tasks are more complex than that of the Preliminary level. BEC Vantage certificate is the qualifying Certificate in English for admission to universities of Commonwealth countries, Europe and some universities of USA and has lifetime validity.
